Die-cut cardboard made from corrugated board according to the FEFCO catalogue (available on our website) are adjusted to the specificity of our customers. This group includes also many constructs of closed packaging (boxes) and open ones (tray packaging). They are made in the form of glued packaging as well as not-connected die-cut elements made of brown cardboard, white painted cardboard on one side or two sides, if necessary with the imprint made in the flexo technique of up to 4 colors. To produce these packages it is necessary to perform the die-cut individually and adjust it to the needs of a given packaging.

For customers who want their products to be exposed in a packaging with a high-quality imprint made in the offset technology, we propose laminated boxes. We may laminate sheets to the B0 format. There is a possibility to enrich these packaging with the UV varnish, glossy foil or matt foil. These packaging gives the possibility to present the product with the use of graphic layout jointly with the pictures and different graphic elements – all this depends on the fantasy of the customer and we will transfer that onto the packaging.

Flap boxes (also known as classic boxes) most frequently are made according to the FEFCO 201, 202 and 203. These are the most collective popular packages on the market. The are characterized by low price and it is possible to make them without additional costs of tools. We offer packages with flexo-print or made without the print from the entire available array of corrugated cardboard. We manufacture them on automatic lines, which, during one run of the cardboard perform the following processes: printing, making cuts (optionally handles and openings), folding, gluing and forming into packages. We have also a machine park that allows to perform short series of those packages. Sometimes additional equipment for the packaging are the crates, spacers and interposers.

• A stand is a standing carrier of advertisement made of corrugated cardboard in the form of three walls with an advertisement imprint. The construction of the stand with shelves makes it possible to display products on it.
  
  

• Leaflet stands with a pocket are a simple and effective way to present one’s offer in the form of leaflets. These stands may be performed in different sizes and in a rich graphic layout.

• Displays are packages prepared for shop shelves. Owing to the way they are constructed and thanks to the graphic layout they successfully expose the product, which is packaged in that cardboard and make it possible to aesthetically present the product on the market’s shelf. They are designed in such a way that, after being placed on the shelf and opened, they draw the attention of the buyers and encourage to the purchase of the product. Frequently, they have shelves, spacers or walls. Most frequently they are made as laminated packages or made of multicolored flexo-print.
